good-sized fridge big bathroom comfy beds distant annex limited snacks rude staff
i stayed in a twin room partial sea view. it had a good sized fridge safe and a big bathroom. the bathroom featured a powerful hot rain shower. the beds were comfy and it was quiet at night.
the annex is across the road. the main pools were only accessible by either crossing the road or going under a tunnel. the snacks in the annex consisted of a cheese toastie every day. i found the bar staff very rude to children at times

comfortable bed handy fridge efficient air conditioning friendly staff
The room featured a comfortable bed and a handy fridge. A free safe and excellent WiFi were available! Air conditioning worked very efficiently. Free water was available throughout the facility, including at dinner. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
I noticed a very slight issue, the gym only has two stationary bikes.

The restaurant offers many options at breakfast. I found the food more than acceptable at dinner. The restaurant team worked efficiently to clear and reset tables, I noted. The staff were also multilingual and good with young children.

Excellent Holiday Experience
balcony view comfortable beds clean pool hot shower
Our room featured a balcony on the top floor and offered a partial sea view, great to watch the sunsets. The room size proved good with modern furnishings, including a sizeable fridge and a safe. We liked the big bathroom, especially the powerful hot rainfall shower. The beds were comfy and provided restful nights. I found the pool area very clean with an adequate supply of sun loungers, so getting a spot was never an issue.
The evening entertainment started quite late and occurred in a basement (not ideal for my preferences).

A sun deck overlooks the coast leading to Papagayo beach. A wide traffic-free footpath runs along the coast that has shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the surrounding area.

Excellent Return Visit
comfortable bed free safe efficient aircon quick check-in
This was my fourth visit to this hotel, showing my high regard. I was really surprised to receive a room upgrade from my previous stay. The room included a comfortable bed. I also used the free safe. The included WiFi worked efficiently.
The minibar did not seem very cold , although I was able to keep drinks cool, it could have been better.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes. Breakfast provided plentiful options, with fresh selections and hot items available daily, a very nice surprise. The staff worked hard to maintain a clean and cute environment.

The hotel features multiple pools. I noted the availability of free water throughout the day, including during dinner service. The pools looked very well maintained and clean, also the staff were helpful and friendly!
